Pumpkin Choco-chip Pancakes You Need: 1 can pumpkin puree 1 egg 2 tablespoons butter 2 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 3 tablespoons brown suger 1/2 teaspoon salt pumpkin spice cinammon vanilla chocolate chips
Step One: Mix the wet stuff Step Two: Mix the dry stuff Step Three: Mix the wet stuff with the dry stuff Step Four: Have a grown-up heat a griddle or skillet Step Five: Add a little butter to the skillet Step Six: Pour palm-size batter to pan in as many spots without them touching Step Seven: When the pancakes bubble, flip them Step Eight: Take off pan. The second side doesn’t take very long. Step Nine: Eat!

Step 1: Cut your pumpkin in half
Step 2: Cut off the top/stem
Step 3: Remove seeds and pulp
Step 4: Place cut side down on a baking sheet and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour step
5: When pumpkin is soft puree till smooth. Step 6: Enjoy in your favorite recipes calling for pumpkin!
